Terms of ServiceRally

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Rally. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Rally is a private, invite-only space for real-world communities to share photos and videos and celebrate together.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and if you are using Rally on behalf of a minor (such as a young athlete), you are responsible for that minor's use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You may not share your account with others.

2. Invite-only access

  • Rally communities are created and joined by invitation. Invitations are issued by Rally organizers. Sharing an invite link publicly or with people outside your community may be revoked. Organizers may remove any member from their Rally at any time.

3. Your content and permissions

  • You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you post. You grant Rally a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to run the service — showing it to the members of the Rally you posted it to.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and consent to post the content you share, especially when it features other people or minors.
  • You may delete your posts at any time. Deleting your account removes your posts and memberships.

4. What you agree not to do

  • Post content you do not have the right to post, or that features a person (especially a minor) without consent.
  • Post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexualized, or that exploits or harms minors.
  • Impersonate another person, or share another person's private information.
  • Try to access or disrupt the service, accounts, or storage that are not yours.
  • Use Rally to spam, solicit, or advertise to members without their consent.

5. Community standards and enforcement

  • Rally organizers and our team may review reported content and accounts. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or revoke invites when these Terms or community standards are violated. You can report any Moment, comment, or member from inside the app.

6. Privacy

  • Your use of Rally is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your information.

7. The service is provided "as is"

  • Rally is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content will be preserved indefinitely. You use Rally at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rally and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.

9. Changes to the service and these Terms

  • We may update or change the service, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Closing your account

  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are causing harm to the community.
